- Returns & Replacements
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to make an exchange or return, you will need to Email info@1bspecialty.com to acquire a Return of Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Merchandise returned without an RMA will be not be accepted and returned to the sender. We are happy to exchange the product(s) or credit the purchaser's credit card for the merchandise received within 30 days of the customer's receipt of the merchandise. We are not able to accept return or exchange requests after 30 days of the customer's receipt of the merchandise. Returns must include the original invoice. Returns based on anything other than defective merchandise will be subject to the original shipping and handling costs. Orders that received free shipping will also be subject to a $19.99 fee or the actual shipping charge, whichever is greater, in order to cover the shipping and handling charges. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for all shipping on any returns or exchanges. Restocking, repair or replacement fees may apply. All returns must be unused and in unopened original packaging and include all items and manuals originally shipped. For all returns be sure to make a note on the receipt as to what you wish shipped in exchange for the returned item(s).
- Ordering
- Ordering in our online store is very esy. Just place your item in your shopping cart and proceed to the check out. Payments can be made with Paypal or you can opt to pay by mailing in your check.
- Cancellation Policy
- In the event a customer wants to cancel an existing order, there may or may not be a cancellation fee. If the order is still pending, there is no fee to cancel an item. If stock has been received and the credit card has been charged, then a service fee will be deducted off the credit. This fee will be 5% of total amount charged and refunded, with a Minimum $10.00 Fee --This fee covers both the fees we incur when we charge and then credit a cancelled order. If an order has been processed and packed to ship, it may not be possible to cancel that order. If an order has been shipped then ALL return fees will be at the customers expense. Customers will only receive a refund for the amount charged of the items returned, not for original shipping costs.

- We accept Paypal. If you prefer to pay by check (for mail in orders only), your order will be processed once your check has been received and has cleared our bank. We do not send shipments C.O.D.
